General Questions
1. How do I use Campersoft help?
Whenever you have a question about what’s on the screen in front of you just click the [Help] link in the upper right-hand corner. If you can’t find the answer to your question in the FAQ there is a link below that you can use to send an email message to a live person.
2. How long does it take to hear back from someone?
If you choose to send a message to a live person you can expect an answerwithin 24 hours.
3. How long does my Campersoft login last?
Your login does not expire. The camp administrator can suspend your account, but otherwise Campersoft will be available to you whether you want to check on an upcoming event or view details from past events.
4. Why can’t I log in?
Remember that both the login and password are case sensitive. If you’ve forgotten your password you’ll have to contact the camp administrator and have it changed.

1. What happens when I archive a camper?
When you archive a camper he is removed from your unit in normal views. In order to see him you need to click on the ‘View archived campers’ box at the bottom the window showing campers in your unit.
